World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims 21st November 2010 (Sunday)
Dear Madam,
Like previous years, we are going to observe the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on 21st November 2010 (Sunday) in Satabdi Bhawan at Cuttack, Orissa (India). Activities proposed to be organized on this occasion are:

All religion memorial prayer for the departed souls of road traffic accidents.

Offering of flowers and lighting the candles in memory of the road accident victims.

Observing a moment of silence for road crash victims.

Documentary film show, highlighting the consequences of road accidents, traumatic condition of victims.

Meeting of road accident victims and bereaved family members, shearing their sufferings,declaration of special packages.
Dignitaries like Justice Radha Krishna Patra, Chairman, State Human Rights Commission; Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Sahoo, Minister of State (Ind.), Commerce & Transport; Mr. Manmohan Praharaj, Director General of Police are to be invited. It is proposed that the day will be observed by “Forum for Prevention of Road Accidents” in association with the people of Cuttack city and “Road Peace”.
