To mark the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) is planning to publish their PIN Flash on serious injuries during the week leading up to the World Day.
Serious injuries make up a huge part of the road casualty figures, serious injuries also shatter lives, which is why drawing attention to them at the time the World Day is being held is very relevant.
The publication will be put online, together with a press release.
